If you are having any techie problems, it may well be beneficial to contact Tony Roberts, our install and technical guru, who may well be able to offer a solution. Please bear in mind that Tony is self employed and will almost certainly need to charge for any visits. It is also worth having a gander at the instruction manuals that were left with your equipment, as most issues can be solved pretty quickly.

We have enjoyed a close working relationship with Pinningtons in Malpas, who are official Panasonic service agents as well as having a few Panasonic stores in the Midlands and North West. If Tony Roberts [ mentioned above] can't solve the issue it may be worth giving Pinningtons a call.

We have always used Apollo Aerials for any installations. If you're having signal problems then please try Peter Wolloch on 07976 402305

It's also well worth noting that the majority of problems are easily solved with perhaps a little time spent 'Googling' the web.
